Providence, RI progressive metallic hardcore giants The Empire Shall have announced a string of upcoming live dates for February/March 2010.
The Empire Shall recently released their debut full-length, Awaken, via guitarist Nick Sollecito's own Angle Side Side Records. Awaken has already made a massive impact thanks to positive reviews, a spate of killer live shows, and appearances on Metal Injection and AOL's New Music Listening Party as well as Noisecreep's Creep Show podcast.
Featuring the vocal talents of former Killswitch Engage frontman Jesse Leach, the album has been described as having "a really spiritual quality, layered with funk and tech metal, touching on a whole bunch of territory from Rage Against The Machine to Bad Brains to 108 and Aftershock. Seriously, it's rad" (James Hoare, Terrorizer).
