Revolver Golden Gods Awards Reveal Nominees

The second annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards (Presented by Epiphone) will take place on April 8th, at The Club Nokia, in Los Angeles.

A press conference was held recently, to announce nominees, and the hosts of the show.

The awards will be hosted by Andrew W.K. (but which one?) and WWE wrestler/Fozzy front man Chris Jericho (hell to the yeah!)

Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister (mother fuck yea) will be awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award" for pure ass kicking for over 3 decades. Lemmy will be presented the award by last year's honoree, Ozzy Osbourne.

The show will also have performances by Rob Zombie, As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada, Brian Posehn's comedy super group which include Scott Ian (Anthrax), Brendan Small (Dethklok), John Tempesta (The Cult), and Joey Vera (Fates Warning) and a special performance by Zakk Wylde. Judas Priest's Rob Halford will also be award the Revolver Golden God Award by last year's previous inductee Dave Mustaine.
