Metallica Fans Riot In Colombia

Metallica recently performed in Colombia for the first time in over 11 years, and their visit was a little chaotic to say the least.

Hundreds of ticket-less fans caused riots during the concert, resulting in a number of injuries.

Colombia Reports claims that a group of fans contacted one another prior to the concert through Facebook, notifying each other of the planned riot.

"Authorities implemented security measures as heavy as the band's music, with some 1,500 police employed to stand guard during the event, as well as four tanks and several police trucks."

That's fucking metal!

It's also interesting to mention that a similar thing happened during Iron Maiden's concert in Colombia back in 2009.
