As They Sleep, Explore Ancient Egyptian Mythology Through The Brutal Art Of Death Metal

Solid State Records' latest signees, As They Sleep have debuted a new song titled "Bedlam at The Nile." Taken from the band's upcoming debut album "Dynasty," out November 22nd.

The song carries the modern tech death formula with melodic leads, and chaotic drumming. "Bedlam at The Nile" focuses on the fall of ancient Egypt. Singer Aaron Bridgewater tells Noisecreep:
"It is centered around famine, disease and even cannibalism. There was no way it wasn't going to have a spot on 'Dynasty.' We're certain that if you like what you've heard, you'll love 'Bedlam.' I mean, what better genre of music to cover the desecration of a sacred sanctity than death metal?"
