CHILDREN OF BODOM's New Single Asks The Same Question On My Mind. Was It Worth It?

Last month, Finnish metal heavyweights Children of Bodom posted a teaser clip for their latest single "Was It Worth It." Taken from the band's upcoming album "Reckless Relentless Forever" out March 8th via Spinefarm Records.

A radio rip quality of the full version of the song surfaced online, which can be streamed below.

Judging by the muffled quality of the rip, the song is basically a rehash of the title track from their previous album
Blooddrunk (with an arena chorus). 0:15 seconds into the song, the opening riff to "Was It Worth It" is basically the same "Lamb of God riff" used 25 seconds into the title track from their previous album "Blooddrunk." Which makes the band sound a tad mediocre.

I still don't want to judge the album by one song. But until I hear some more material from "Reckless Relentless Forever." I'll be listening to the ripping new track from UK's fine thrashmen, Sylosis.
