THE WORLD WE KNEW Signs Deal With Blkheart Group - Announces Tour Plans For March/April 2011

Long Island, NY Hardcore/Metal band The World We Knew has inked a deal with record label Blkheart Group for their upcoming album slated for a Summer 2011 release. The band has announced a handful of tours including dates with It Prevails, Farewell To Freeway, Betrayal and an appearance at this year’s New England Metal and Hardcore Fest in Worcester, MA.
The World We Knew has previously toured with bands like Chimaira, Winds Of Plague, Hatebreed, Despised Icon, Burry Your Dead, For Today and Born Of Osiris. Their last full-length effort To The Wolves was released through Stillborn Records (Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed) in 2009.

March/April – The Spring Fling Tour w/ It Prevails (Mediaskare Records), Betrayal (Mediaskare Records), Sovereign Strength (Mediaskare Records) & Farewell To Freeway (Victory Records)
April – 2 week Canadian tour w/ Betrayal (Mediaskare Records), Stand United (Eulogy Records) & A Sight For Sore Eyes
