SLAYER Working on New Album

While SLAYER's been focusing on touring throughout the year (with their next show on October 20th in Bengaluru, India at Rock 'N India) the band is aiming to release a new album and the follow-up to 2009's World Painted Blood sometime next year.

In a recent interview with Seven Sisters Post, Tom Araya talks about future plans for the studio effort saying that the band is "working on a new album, aiming for a 2013 release." And that the band is "experimenting with a lot of sounds." But he assures fans that the new album "will be very Slayer."


SLAYER will be taking time off at the end of October, with no other confirmed dates until February 2013.
